This Personal Data Clarification Text has been prepared to inform you about the collection, processing, and transfer of your personal data, as well as your rights under the Law, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law").

As Optima Currency and Gold Authorized Establishment Joint Stock Company, headquartered at Altınkum Mah. Atatürk Bulvarı No: 148/B Konyaaltı - Antalya ("Company"), we process your personal data as the data controller within the scope described below in compliance with the Law and relevant legislation.

Your identity information including name, surname, Turkish Republic ID number, other information on your identity document, and information on your driver's license photocopy;

1. Our Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data within the processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

2. Transfer of Your Personal Data

We may transfer your personal data to our employees, business partners, shareholders, suppliers, company representatives, legally authorized proxies, and legally authorized public/private institutions and organizations within the scope of the purposes stated above and limited thereto, within the processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

3. Your Rights Regarding Personal Data

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
To request information if your personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with this purpose,
To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
To request correction of your personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
To request deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, despite being processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and other relevant legislation, and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
To demand compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

Your application will be processed free of charge. However, if the requested transaction requires an additional cost, fees determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged from the applicant.
